I discovered my passion for orthodontics while being a orthodontic patient myself and then this passion solidified into a career choice. The impact of orthodontic treatment in my life was noticed when my braces were taken off and I began to see positive changes within myself. I discovered my self confidence, courage, happiness and improvement in relationships with others and social acceptability. This inspired me to choose orthodontics as area of speciality to practice rest of my life.
Currently, I am designated as Specialist orthodontist and accredited CME provider in Kenya, running private practice and working as honorary lecturer at University of Nairobi School of Dental Sciences.
